About Us The Konstantinou Group (KGROUP) is a diverse, dynamic and premium Property Developer. The Group specialises in the construction and management of Industrial and Commercial Properties. The Group is based in Canberra, althought it regularly completes projects outside this area. The companies within the Group have evolved since the 1960's, and in recent years the Group has expanded to include Information Technology interests. Since the early 1960's the Group has held interests in Retail, Manufacturing, importing and exporting. Today however most of its energy is spent on its Property and Information Technology interests. History The Konstantinou Group has a long standing history in the Canberra Region. The Group Managing Director Spiros (Jeff) Konstantinou has been involved in the building industry in Canberra for over 25 years. Over this time, he has established a reputation of building quality properties of all sizes (ie: largest property constructed is over 16,000 square metres), and for all industries (ie: Sporting Centre). Before this time, he, together with his father and brother ran various other businesses including a Shoe Manufacturing business, and several retail stores.
